1 in 10 adults aged 18-25 will experience homelessness each year in the U.S.

8% living in shelters are under 18

40% of homeless youth are living unsheltered

Around 2.5 million children are homeless annually in the U.S.

Over 13 million kids are living with hunger

1 in 5 kids are food deprived

Statistically a family household with children raised by a single mom, are more likely to have kids who experience bullying, hunger, homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction and depression.

"BE A DAD DAY" IS A DAY TO BRING ATTENTION TO THE NEED TO HAVE A GOOD DAD PRESENT IN EVERY KIDS LIFE. 

The Salvation Army – A Christian organization that serves people in need by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting human needs without discrimination. 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that creates one-to-one mentoring relationships between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and youth ("Littles"). 

Boys & Girls Clubs of America:  Offers safe places for learning and recreation after school, similar to Big Brothers' mission of fostering success.

Girl Scouts of the USA Focuses on building character and confidence through mentorship and community activities.

4-H: A youth organization focusing on community health, agriculture, and mentoring.

Playworks: Focuses on social-emotional learning through safe, inclusive play during recess.

Reading Partners & Jumpstart: Mentorship-based organizations specifically focusing on childhood literacy and education.

Prevent Child Abuse America: Focuses on building healthy family environments and preventing abuse through community programs.

Starlight Children’s Foundation: Focuses on improving the quality of life for children in hospitals.
